Can I book this online?
Afternoon and evening front-of-house cover is bookable in our calendar, because we hold capacity for it. Mornings are quoted first.
Do you cover overnight?
On-call overnight is arranged separately and confirmed by phone — tell us the property and the arrival pattern.
Will the same person come back?
Wherever the rota allows, yes. Continuity matters in a small property, so we keep the same staff on the same properties.
