Changeovers turned to your checklist, not a generic one
Between one guest leaving and the next arriving there is a fixed window and no room for negotiation. We turn rooms to the standard you set, in the time you have, and tell you what we found.
What a changeover includes
- Beds stripped, linen changed, beds made to your presentation
- Bathroom cleaned, restocked, glasses and amenities replaced
- Floors, surfaces, mirrors, windows inside and skirting
- Hospitality tray restocked and checked for expiry dates
- Communal areas, stairs and landings where they are part of the job
- Anything damaged or missing reported with a photo before we leave

- Guest houses with Friday and Saturday changeover peaks
- Airbnb and holiday-let owners who live away from the property
- Owners whose regular housekeeper is off sick or on holiday
- Agencies and managers needing cover across several properties
Questions
Before you book
Do you bring your own products?
We use yours by default so the finish matches what your guests expect. If you would rather we brought everything, tell us at booking and we will price it in.
How long does a changeover take?
It depends on the room and your standard. A straightforward double is usually under an hour; we quote by the hour and agree the window with you first.
Can you handle keys?
Yes. Key holding is written into the booking with a signed record of who holds what, and codes are stored separately from addresses.
