Before you book
How do you price it?
By size and condition. We look at the property first — a short visit or a few photos — and give you a fixed price before anything starts.
How long does it take?
A six-room guest house is usually one to two days with a small team. We agree the window with you so the property is not out of action longer than it needs to be.
Can you do this between bookings?
Yes, but tell us the gap. Some of the work needs the property empty for a full day.
