- Cleaning checklist your housekeeper can work from on day one
- Written changeover procedure, timed for your arrival and departure windows
- Listing copy for Airbnb and Booking.com, and a shot list for the photographer

Before you book
Do you buy the inventory for us?
We specify it and tell you where to buy it. If you want us to purchase and set it up, that is quoted as additional hours.
Can you coordinate the photography?
Yes. We prepare the property, write the shot list and meet the photographer. The photographer is booked and paid by you.
What happens after the launch?
Most owners keep us on for changeovers or breakfast cover. Whoever sets a property up knows how it runs, which makes the handover painless.
